Who you’d deal with

FullDiary is built by Madhav Sethi, previously at Google, for clinics in Australia and New Zealand.

The person who sets up your line is the person who built it.

Before you ask.

Do I change my phone number?

No. You keep it. We set a missed-call divert on your existing line, which takes about two minutes and comes off with one code whenever you want.

What if a caller says it is urgent?

It stops booking, says it is transferring, and puts them through to your on-call number. If that number is not answered it tells them to hang up and call 000. It never assesses or triages.

Where are call records held?

In Sydney. The privacy page says so plainly.
